Wondering if anyone else is having this issue? After converting video to AVI or MPEG, When I try to convert to OTS file, I have an error message appear. The small video screen plays the audio but no video! This is so strange since it has always worked fine before........I have rebooted, redownloaded, and checked all the proper settings over and over with no fix to the situation. Can anyone please try to help me with this?
What are you converting from? DVD, downloaded files?
What conversion program are you using?
Perhaps a critical setting has been knocked out. WHen in doubt, go back to a DVD that you have already converted, and try to do it again. If that works, there's something wrong with your source material.
It's useful if you post the actual error message too...
