Ots Licensing Server Down

As of 10PM UTC, it appears that the Licensing Server is not responding (in Australia, at least). If you are desperate, you can take the temporary licence option, but you then have to wait 60 seconds before Ots will start. I assume that the server will be rebooted in due course.
